Food is fantastic and service is normally great but special occasions (Mothers Day) are in very high demand. A lively atmosphere late evening ensures a fun evening for younger couples. “ Always heaving a definite sign that the food is good. Smacking lips and happy murmurs are always indicative of this two. Furthermore they have extended to add a bar for waiting customers. The menus is lovely and simple and really affordable for this type of cuisine. I have found that many Italians will charge a fortune for what is essentially tomatoes and pasta. Comfort, excellent service and Moorish food that will fill you to the brim with garlic and cream and what's more you can have a non-wheat version of pasta too. I know where I'm taking my half Italian, wheat-intolerant (yes this is utterly harrowing for her) friend to for said persons birthday. ”
“ I have been several times to La Bella Vita and have loved it every time. It is getting a little expensive but very delicious food. When it is a birthday, the staff really put the effort in to sing happy birthday and you can hear it lots of times for other people in the evening. The service is good and the food always comes hot and tastes fantastic. I like the decor and the brown leather chairs are very comfortable. I would go as much as possible as I love it there. ”
“ I love this place. We go twice a year (as we now live in Teesside so is a 120 mile round trip) and I am always suprised that the staff remember us. The setting is lovely like a bistro you can dress up or dress down and you still feel comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive and never rush you. The food is excellent, real properly cooked pasta and meat dishes in lovely sauces (don't forget you have to order your veggies seperately) - I could eat here all the time if I lived closer and didn't care about my weight as the sauces are rich and the desserts - wow! I can't recommend this place enough. ”

Their pizzas are fantastic, really good quality and not overpriced. The food is all cooked well, you don't have to wait too long to get your meal. ”

I would recommend the bruschetta to start followed by lasagne with a tomato and onion side salad, it's to die for! It's fantastic! ”
